LOVE WAITS – “Walk The Line”
On February 18, 2022, IFGF Next Gen Bandung held a seminar titled LOVE WAITS “Walk The Line” with Ps. Sammy Hartanto (President of IFGF Global & Senior Pastor of IFGF Bandung).
In this seminar, Ps. Sammy emphasized that we are truly loved. God has proven this statement by giving His one and only Son as an atonement for our sins. Wow! Isn’t it enough to show how precious and loved we really are?
Furthermore, Ps. Sammy shared 4 important points:
- God loves you very much
- God gives the best gifts
- God wants to redeem your world
- God gives you a choice
He also explained that we need to protect our eyes because the eye is the lamp of the body. The Bible clearly states that “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!” Thus, the eyes that watch porn videos will be different from those which read the word of God. The eyes that start to glance at sin (such as watching porn) will signal the body to do sinful actions.
