ARISE AFRICA MISSION 2022
In the first half of 2022, ARISE AFRICA MISSION has conducted events in 5 southern countries including South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia and Tanzania.
Here are the recaps from ARISE AFRICA MISSION 2022:
- South Africa
A two-day pastors conference was held in Nongoma City (ZuluLand) with 80 pastors in attendance. The pastoral team from IFGF, Ps. Daniel Hanafi, Ps. Evan Tjandra, Ps. Herman Ong and Ps. David Samson, spoke at the event. They shared about leadership and other topics with the attendees. In the conference, 17 pastors decided to join the IFGF. One of them is a pastor who has 17 churches in South Africa. In total, from the conference in Nongoma, 34 churches decided to join with IFGF.
- Zimbabwe
In Zimbabwe, IFGF also held a 2 day pastors conference and 3 days crusade in Bulawayo City. More than 50 pastors and church leaders attended the conference which was emphasizing on training, teaching, leadership skill and gospel sharing in the crusade. 3 pastors and 16 churches decided to join with IFGF. Therefore a total of 19 churches from Bulawayo decided to join with IFGF. Good news from the crusades, more than 5000 people attended during the 3 days crusade. 183 people responded to the altar call and 123 of them received Jesus for the first time.
- Malawi
IFGF held a pastors conference in Malawi’s capital city, Lilongwe. A 3 day crusade was held in Lilongwe, just like in Zimbabwe. More than 75 pastors attended the conference which was ministered by the team from IFGF. 23 pastors from Malawi decided to join with IFGF. As for the crusades, more than 10.000 people attended the crusades and more than 200 people responded to the altar call. 167 of them decided to give their lives to Jesus.
- Zambia
A 4 day pastors conference and night crusades was held in Mbala City. As many as 85 pastors and church leaders gathered for the conference. 23 pastors committed to join with IFGF. More than 1000 people attended the night crusades. 130 people participated in the altar call and 85 people gave their lives to Jesus. 12 people were baptized during the crusade.
- Tanzania
In Mbeya City, Tanzania, a 2 day pastors conference and 5 night crusades were held. In the conference, 98 pastors and church leaders were in attendance, and 6 pastors decided to join with IFGF. A total of 10 churches in Mbeye decided to be a part of IFGF. Throughout the crusades, more than 10.000 people came and 326 people responded to the altar call. 192 people decided to be a Christ follower.
We acknowledge that everything that happened in ARISE AFRICA MISSION 2022 is because of God’s work. It is not by our strength, but it is through Him. Let us pray that the ARISE AFRICA MISSION can continue its work in spreading the Gospel in the continent, so more people can experience God’s love and salvation. Amin!
