IFGF JAKARTA CITY TEAM GATHERING 2026: ALIGN IN PROMISE
Starting the year of ministry with a unified vision, IFGF Jakarta once again held its annual City Team Gathering (CTG) 2026 on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Taking place at the Upper Room 7th Floor WHC B, Karawaci, Tangerang, the event served as a remarkable consolidation platform, attended by 270 enthusiastic leaders who gathered to be equipped for the new year.
Building The Values Pathway
Carrying the grand theme “Align in Promise”, the leaders received invaluable training from Ps. Joey Bonifacio, who delivered a profound session on Discipleship & Evangelism. The main highlight of the session was the concept of “The Values Pathway is Your Map”.
During the presentation, participants were guided to understand the transformational journey of values, moving from Information to Discovery, Emotion to Desire, and Action to Decision. This continuous journey grows through the stages of Dip, Devotion, Diligence, Delight, ultimately reaching Destiny.
The Compass and Lens of Leadership
The session, colored with warmth and interactive discussions among the attendees, was further enriched by the emphasis that Values Principles act as our compass, while Values Mindsets serve as our viewing lens. This provided spiritual clarity for the ministers, affirming that true success can be achieved without compromising Kingdom values.
CTG 2026 became a crucial momentum for every IFGF Jakarta leader. They were not only refreshed but profoundly aligned and comprehensively equipped, ready to make a tangible impact through lives and ministries deeply rooted in God’s promises.
