Walk With One
Covid-19 pandemic has caused significant changes in many aspects of life, both negatively and positively. The pandemic has forced us to look deeper inside, to see who we really are, as our surroundings are shifting; family, business and even church.
As Christ’s disciples, we are called to walk through this season with godly wisdom. Rather than waiting for the pandemic to end, we should work on a new strategy that will work for this season. A new strategy for the same mission, to tend to God’s sheeps that have been trusted to us.
WALK WITH ONE is talking about God’s calling for all men which is to FOLLOW HIM. WALK WITH ONE is also about the PURPOSE of God’s calling which is to be made (I WILL MAKE YOU). This is for us to be able TO DISCIPLE others, to help others TO CONNECT WITH GOD and have a relationship with Him. Just like Jesus who walked with His disciples to help them in knowing Father God and receiving His revelations. Jesus’ disciples was the church He built, a community to grow. As we WALK WITH ONE, with our family or community, our main purpose is to CONNECT WITH GOD so we will receive revelations on who Jesus really is and the church will be built on us.
We have to remember that a church is not a program, nor a building. A church is not an event or a man made spiritual ritual. A church is the people who live as God made livingstones, stacked neatly on Jesus Christ, the cornerstone. During every season of life, let us make sure that no one is walking alone.
