TYC Gen Day
On Monday, July 4, 2022, a TYC Gen Day was held at IFGF Manado. TYC Gen Day was a full day event for all TYC in North Sulawesi with a total of 250 youths attending this event. Starting from 10 am until 5pm, TYC Gen Day was divided into 3 parts: games, relationship talk show followed by discussion, and the Word of God.
The most memorable moment for the day was the presence of God. During the first session, 25 people came forward wanting to be baptized. Moreover, during the last session before the Word of God was shared, the Holy Spirit touched these youths. The minister for that session then asked whether anyone wanted to be prayed for and around three-quarter of the attendees came forward. It was a great moment to witness because the youths met Jesus personally before they heard the message about Jesus. It was proof that our God is a wonderful and loving God. He loves each of us including these youths.
Let us pray that the youths who attended the TYC Gen Day will grow and be fruitful in Him. May they keep the lights burning to share this light with their surroundings.
