Volunteers Appreciation Night (VAN)
On Sunday, January 30, IFGF Surabaya held an event called Volunteers Appreciation Night (VAN) for all volunteers who have been faithful in the ministry, pushing themselves to step outside of their comfort zones and challenging themselves to learn new things during this tough period.
To create a relaxing and enjoyable ambience, the committee chose a summer theme with an outdoor setting. Each attendee was gifted with personalized gifts and accessories such as colorful glasses, fan, cutleries among other things. There were also food booths for snacks and main meals, desserts and drinks.
Ps. Raymond Njotorahardjo as the Senior Pastor of IFGF Surabaya opened the event with a thank you note from the leadership team to the volunteers. The event continued with a games battle between pastoral team and volunteers. To close the night, the IFGF Office Team performed a dance number to entertain all the volunteers. The performance successfully made everyone laugh. The night was fun and memorable indeed.
We are grateful for each volunteer who has ministered and walked together with IFGF Surabaya through highs and lows.
