IFGF Cirebon Parenting Seminar
In August 2023, IFGF Cirebon will host a parenting seminar with the theme ‘Fatherless & Rainbow Generation,’ which addresses topics related to LGBT issues that are increasingly prevalent in our society.
The seminar will feature Stefvy Pattikawa as the speaker. Stefvy Pattikawa is a counselor, parenting practitioner, and professional life coach with extensive experience as a speaker and trainer in various schools and companies. This seminar is not only intended for parents but is also open to single individuals who want to understand what LGBT is and its associated challenges. Parents are encouraged to attend to gain the knowledge needed to educate and guide their children effectively.
In the same month, IFGF Cirebon will also conduct a water baptism ceremony for three teenagers who participated in the Discipleship Journey on August 6, 2023. It was a moment of great joy to witness the next generation choosing to be baptized and committing to make Jesus the sole Lord and Savior of their lives. Additionally, on August 8, the second batch of the Discipleship Journey class completed their journey. This batch of Discipleship Journey classes began on July 17, 2023, consisting of three classes with a total of 26 participants.
