MASTER CLASS & SEMINAR AT IFGF PEKANBARU
Master Class: Mental Health
On October 3, 2024, IFGF Pekanbaru held a Master Class with the theme of Mental Health presented by Ps. Agus and Mrs. Yudhi. This event aimed to equip Care Group Leaders (CGL) to manage emotions well. This session discussed how poor emotional management could affect relationships with others, as well as the importance of vulnerability to bring inner wounds before God so we could be restored. Restoration from God not only brings freedom for us, but also prevents us from hurting others, thus creating healthier and more harmonious relationships.
Married Couples Seminar: Relationship Without Drama
The following day, on October 4, 2024, IFGF Pekanbaru held a seminar entitled Relationships Without Drama for married couples. Presented by Ps. Agus and Mrs. Yudhi, the seminar offered valuable insights on resolving conflicts and managing emotions in the family. As a reflection of Christ’s love, an emotionally healthy family will reflect love to the world. The seminar emphasized that healthy emotions result in harmonious relationships, strengthening love in the family.
