Ps Erna’s Working Visit to DPW Sumatra
Starting in November of the previous year, 2022, Pastor Erna Iskandar, as Vice President (VP) for Region 12, embarked on a working visit to Region 12 in the Provincial Board of Sumatra (DPW Sumatra), specifically to IFGF Palembang. This visit took place from November 17-20.
During this visit, Pastor Erna conducted numerous fellowship meetings with Pastor Robert Lie, the pastoral team, and the leaders of IFGF Palembang to discuss the progress at IFGF Palembang. She also provided training to IFGF leaders and volunteers to better equip them for their duties at IFGF Palembang.

Then, this year, Pastor Erna made a working visit to DPW Sumatra, specifically the Lampung area, on March 31 & April 1, 2023.
During this visit, Pastor Erna led fellowship and training on leadership and ‘Alive’ with the IFGF Lampung pastoral team across four areas in the Lampung Region, namely IFGF Lampung 1, IFGF Lampung 2, IFGF Lampung Way Abung 1, and IFGF Way Abung 2. The leaders showed great enthusiasm for this meeting, as this was their first visit after the pandemic.
Pastor Erna is deeply grateful for the entire team at IFGF Lampung for their faithful service thus far. Pastor Erna’s hope for the team in Lampung is that the unity of IFGF in Lampung will continue to be maintained, and in the future, there will be activities that can be carried out together quarterly or biannually (during special events such as joint training, celebrating Christmas, and so forth).
Let’s pray that IFGF Palembang and Lampung will continue to grow and become a beacon of light for their communities, glorifying God’s name. Amen!
