Baptisms in May
Baptism is a declaration of faith done by a person who has decided to follow Jesus and who believes that Jesus is the only God and Savior in his life. Therefore, despite the challenges during this pandemic, IFGF churches continue to do baptism for church members who want to declare their faith.
On Saturday, May 14, 2022, IFGF Quito baptized 8 new believers. On the same day, IFGF Sydney also baptized 2 women. The next day on Sunday, May 15, ICC IFGF Bali held baptism for a youth ministry in Bali (Youth AMP). Next generation on the rise!
In the following week, on May 20, IFGF Mariri baptized 2 people. On May 21, a water baptism was held at IFGF Batam. IFGF Kompol Maksum Semarang also conducted baptism on May 29. The baptism was held for people who have completed COME classes. In the 4th week of May, IFGF Qatar and IFGF Timika also conducted water baptism.
We are overjoyed and excited to hear this news! What an amazing God we serve. We testify that more people have come to believe in Jesus and give themselves to be baptized. Jesus really is the only God and Savior in this life.
Keep the spirit up, IFGF. Let’s touch more souls for His glory!
Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.– Kisah Para Rasul 19:4 (TB) –
