On Thursday, September 9, 2021, IFGF Mala Manganitu which is a part of Region-14 held a groundbreaking ceremony led by its senior pastor, Ps. Timotius Dolonseda.
It has been a prayer of IFGF Mala Manganitu to have their own church building and through God’s grace, they are able to start the construction this year. IFGF Mala Manganitu is located in Sangihe District in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Sangihe District and its capital Tahuna, is an expansion from Sangihe and Talaud District in 2000.
During this groundbreaking ceremony, some invitees including church staff members and the village chief were present. The construction is still in the early stage which includes building the foundation, wall and roof. Other parts of the construction will continue as IFGF Mala Manganitu raises more funds. The estimated time to build the church building in Mala Manganitu is 2 years.
At this time, 13 people are recorded as members in IFGF Mala Manganitu. Super Sunday service in IFGF Mala Manganitu has restarted onsite, although still following the required health protocol.
Let us pray for our brothers and sisters in IFGF Mala Manganalu so their church construction will progress well and many more people in the area will know Jesus through their ministry.
